What is included in the tickets?

The entry ticket includes access to the Enchanted Forest, stables, story time, crafts, indoor playground, and games included in admission. There are two under 2 bounce houses and a play area for the under two’s as well which do not require a pass.

The premium activities, which include the unicorn rides, bounce houses are not included in the admission ticket. We offer the option to purchase an Unlimited Add-On for the rides and bounce houses in advance with your ticket purchase, but if you don’t want to do that option the bounce houses are $2.50/session and rides are $10 each.

The face paint and photo packages are also available for purchase once inside the event. Face paint starts at $15, and photo packages for the Fairy Photo Op range from $25 – $100.

Do I purchase tickets online or at the event?

Tickets are sold in advance on this website only. Any tickets available online including admission tickets, unlimited passes, and merchandise bag tickets will not be available for purchase at the event.

Can I use cash?

No, Unicorn World is a cashless event so please bring a credit card if you plan to make purchases at the event.

What accessibility do you have?

The Unicorn World event is wheelchair accessible.

Do you have sensory-friendly times?

Not yet. We are working on a sensory-friendly option for future events, but at this time we currently see time slots later in the day to be quieter.

Where do I purchase tickets?

Once tickets go on sale they will be available here on this website. Just click Events & Tickets, the link for the city you want to attend, and then the “Buy Ticket Now” button.

I purchased a Momento Bag – Where do I pick that up?

You will receive your Momento bag when you check-in with your tickets.

Are all the Unicorn activities included in my ticket?

No, the premium activities, which include the unicorn rides, bounce houses, face painting, and photos, are not included in your admission ticket.

The Unicorn World, which includes the enchanted forest, stables, story time, crafts, indoor playground, and games are included in admission.

Occasionally, we offer the option to purchase an unlimited ride and bounce house ticket in advance with your ticket purchase. Unlimited passes are not available at the event.

If the unlimited pass is unavailable online, or if you choose to not purchase the pass in advance, then you can purchase individual tickets for the rides and bounce houses at the event ticket booth near the Unicorn Stables. Face painting and photos are only available for purchase at the event.

Participation in all activities, rides, and attractions are done at your own risk. These themed rides may include, but not limited to bounce house inflatables, Unicorn Scooters, Walking Unicorn Rides, Stationary rides that give the opportunity to climb on a unicorn to experience what it would be like to ride on one, and Unicorn ATV’s that children can ride along on a track.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to change the date or time of entry please send us an email at info@theunicornworld.com.

Is Unicorn World outdoors?

No, Unicorn World is an indoor event.

How long will Unicorn World be in my city?

Unicorn World is touring North America and stops for one weekend in each scheduled tour city.

How long does it take to go through Unicorn World?

Guests will walk-thru at their own pace. There are many things to see and photograph, so the time it takes someone to go through, is estimated on the pace they move. On average families tend to spend 1.5 – 3 hours inside Unicorn World.

What if I am running late for my scheduled time slot?

Each ticket will include a date and scheduled time for entry. Please arrive as close as possible to the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past your entry time. We cannot guarantee late entry beyond 15 minutes for the last scheduled entry time each event day.

Do I need to print my tickets?

No. You do not have to print your tickets. You can show the ticket right from your device however, you can bring a printed ticket if you’d like.

I can’t find my tickets. What do I do?

You can go to Eventbrite.com and log in using the email and password you created at checkout. From there you can resend the ticket email to the same email address on file or to a different one.

My child is 2 years old. Will they need a ticket?

Yes, if your child is 2 years old or above, they will require a ticket. If your child is under 2, their admission is free, and service fees will apply. Children under 2 are free for that individual only, and their guests must purchase advance tickets online.

Children under 2 will also receive free access to the 2 and under bounce houses.

If you would like your child who is under 2 to experience the rides with the help of a parent/guardian, then they will need a ride ticket. The parent/guardian will not be required to purchase a ride ticket.

Are there any size restrictions for the rides?

Our rides are intended for kids but the weight limit for rides is 175 lbs.

I bought a photo from the interactive photo booth. When should I expect to get my photo?

Expect your photo within 1 week of the event.

Will credit cards be accepted?
Yes, Unicorn World is a cashless event so please bring a credit card if you plan to purchase any premium activities.

Where do I park?

Will there be food available?
Food and drink options are handled through the venue and there should be various options available.
